Christmas in July - Rules and General Information

All items from any of the CEShoppes® websites qualify. (Gift Booklets are Excluded from Christmas In July- as they do not offer discounted pricing.) Items from the 2010-2011 The Gift Book will qualify at the pricing that is in effect as of July 1, 2011-

This is how EQP Pricing Works: (Pricing shown is per each item) Item # 25 100 300 500 BC2011 $18.75 $18.25 $17.60 $17.00 In the example above you would place an order for at least 25 of the above item, and instead of paying $18.75 each you will only pay the End Quantity Price of $17.00 each (Set up fee's and run charges may apply)

OFFICIAL RULES:

1. All orders must be for at least the minimum order. - NO LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS

2. Items from the 2010-2011 "The Gift Book" will qualify at the pricing that is in effect as of July 1, 2011. We will provide you with updated pricing, as the book changes pricing yearly in July when the new "Gift Books" are published. The pricing from the 2011-2012 gift book will supercede all other pricing shown.

3. Items from CEShoppes.LogoMall.com may also qualify (this is not a true CEShoppes® website) and these orders will be subject to pricing verification. If items show up on both CEShoppes and LogoMall, CEShoppes has the right to determine End Quantity bases on price breaks on CEShoppes websites and not that of LogoMall or the vendor.

4. SHOPPING CART ORDERS: If you would like to place your order through our shopping carts - please make a note that this is for the Christmas in July Promotion. - Please include a ship date AFTER October 15. We will contact you and send you an order acknowledgment once we receive your on-line order. The Shopping cart will not automatically calculate EQP - However, the order acknowledgment that we email to you after we receive your order will have the correct pricing for the promotion. The acknowledgment will be emailed from CustomerService@CEShoppes.com (Please whitelist this email address)

5. Place your order by August 15, 2011 and provide a $500 deposit on the order. - Orders that do not total $500 will be subject to a 50% deposit.

6. Your order must ship between October 15, 2011 and December 2, 2011 to qualify.

7. Drop Ship lists must be in our factory hands no later than 15 business days prior to your ship date. We will provide you with an excel spreadsheet in the correct format required by UPS/FEDEX. Gift Cards that you supply (Optional) must also be to the factory at the same time as your list - 15 business days prior to the ship date. -- If these item are not to the factory in time, this may move your ship date out farther. We will not be responsible for missed event dates if you do not provide the required information within the guidelines above.

8. Orders shipped prior to October 15 do not qualify for the EQP Christmas in July special.

9. Cancelled orders will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, and customer will be responsible for any work that has been produced on the order at the time of cancellation. (PLEASE NOTE: In some cases your order may go immediately in to production After An Image Proof has been approved, and will be packaged awaiting the ship date in our factory warehouse.Therefore we cannot accept any cancellations after your proof has been approved.) As always, once your proof has been approved the balance of the order is due for us to go in to production. -- Unless a shipper number has been provided, shipping and any other charges from the factory (overruns/underruns/proof fee/master shipping cartons etc.) will be charged after your order ships. We do our best to inform you of any possible additional fee's on your signed order acknowledgment, but occasionally there may be other fees like those mentioned above on the factory final invoice.

10. The Christmas in July offer cannot be combined with any other offers or specials and cannot be used on orders already placed for the holiday season.
